Six Sentence Sunday starting next week...

The sages have been very kind lately and are dumping a ton of plot bombs at my feet. That's the good news. The not so good news is they're doling the ideas out in small snatches. *sigh*

But...I'll take it since contemporary story ideas aren't the norm for me.

To celebrate, I'm going to start doing my version of the Six Sentence Sunday thingy and post some of the random bits and pieces. Who knows, maybe it'll keep the sages happy and they'll start giving me more than a few bits and bobs.

Cheeky buggers.

Creative Ink is finally with my editor!!

The first in what I hope turns into a fun little series of e-book episodes is finally with my editor. I so wish I had cover art, but alas, it's not even in the thought process stage yet. I'll definitely work on that in the very near future, even if it's only a quick mock up of what I'd like to see. :D

Ang, the cover queen, will come up with something a zillion times better that I could ever imagine.

So...stay tuned. The first episode of Black Unicorn Comics should be coming soon. YAY!!

Intro Post

For a first post, I think I'll give a basic run down on what I hope to accomplish with my blog.


Skylin O'Thomas is the alter ego of ML Skye, writing more contemporary than SciFi or Spec Rom. Of course the blog will be about writing and probably some real life odds and ends. I might dive into some television discussions, because I watch a lot of TV and find loads of inspiration while doing so. Eventually I'll get a WIP (heh, or two) page up to show progress on manuscripts as they're written. Also hoping to pimp other authors whose work I fall in love with.


So that's it. First post done and out of the way.
